VICA's latest After Dark featured L.A. City Councilmember Tom LaBonge. Attendees chatted with the Councilmember before he spoke to the crowd about the link between a strong community and a strong business climate in the San Fernando Valley. The VICA After Dark was presented by D'Caché, cosponsored by Wells Fargo and the Motion Picture Association of America, Inc., with Cerrell Associates and Van Nuys Airport as Friends of Tom.
