Shauna is responsible for membership excellence. She handles all membership onboarding, relations, inquiries and is a valuable resource ensuring VICA members are provided with consistent quality and assurance.

Kayla Koerting, Legislative Affairs Manager
Kayla supports the legislative affairs and communications functions at VICA. She is responsible for VICA's member communications including VICA Weekly and our annual Government Handbook. Kayla researches and tracks bills, ordinances, and ballot measures and prepares action alerts and letters for VICA's advocacy work.

Giancarlo is responsible for advocating for business issues on local, state and federal levels, as well as advocating policies, legislation and regulation that are conducive to a positive and successful business environment through the engagement of VICA members.
