Chinese Consul General Zhang Ping has served in Los Angeles since 2017. His consular district covers California, Arizona, New Mexico, Hawaii and U.S. Pacific Islands. The Consulate General is committed to promoting exchanges and cooperation between the consular district and China, advancing the mutual understanding and friendship between the Chinese and American people, safeguarding the legitimate rights and benefits of the Chinese citizens and providing consular services for Chinese and foreign nationals.
