    Event Description:
    VICA concludes every successful year with a celebratory program for its members, and outstanding volunteers and business leaders from the Valley. Awards include: the Robert E. Gibson Corporate Award for Excellence, the Harmon Ballin Community Service Award and the President’s Award. During the event, VICA also presents scholarships to a handful of member educational institution students, and the annual induction ceremony for the VICA Board is completed.
