Councilmember
Councilmember Bob Blumenfield was elected to the Los Angeles City Council in March 2013 and re-elected in 2017. He represents the 3rd Council District, which spans the northwest portion of Los Angeles in the San Fernando Valley, including the communities of Canoga Park, Reseda, Tarzana, Winnetka, and Woodland Hills. Bob is focused on serving the San Fernando Valley’s Day to day needs for City services as well as facilitating the long-term job and economic growth that help ensure the vitality of local neighborhoods and the city as a whole. Public safety, emergency preparedness, beautification and traffic reduction are some of the key quality of life issues Bob fights for in his district. Bob is a graduate of Duke University and the UCLA Anderson School of Management Business Executive Program. He lives in Woodland Hills with his wife, Kafi, and their two children.
