    VICA concludes every successful year with a celebratory lunch program for its members. Ultimately, the day is reserved for some of the Valley’s outstanding volunteers and business leaders and public officials as VICA honors them with the Robert E. Gibson Corporate Award for Excellence, the Harmon Ballin Community Service Award and the President’s Award.
