Prop. 1A
Makes changes to increase the balance in the state reserve fund, extends tax increase as part of the 2008-2010 budget.
Prop. 1B
Makes a deferment of $9.3 billion in education payments to K-12 in order to balance the 2008-2010 budget. Money would be paid back at a later date.
Prop. 1D
Reprograms surplus and future First 5 Programs monies to the General Fund in order to balance the budget.
Prop. 1E
Reprograms several hundred million dollars annually, until 2011, of mental health dollars into the General Fund in order to balance the 2008-2010 budget.
Prop. 1F
Prohibits elected legislators from getting a salary increase if the state is projected to run a deficit at the end of a fiscal year.
