VICA's 22nd Annual Business Forecast Conference continues to attract nationally-recognized experts on our region's dynamic economy. The breakfast forecast helps business leaders plan for the challenges of 2011.

The event will be held 7:15 a.m.-2 p.m., Thurs., Oct. 28 at the Warner Center Marriott (21850 Oxnard St., Woodland Hills).

No refunds will be given after Oct. 21.
